I truly don’t even know where to begin with how incredible Natasha was. From the moment we started working together, I felt such a sense of relief knowing we were in the best hands. Planning a wedding can be overwhelming, but she brought so much calm, organization, and genuine care into every step of the process.

We met several times over Google Meets leading up to our wedding at Boyce Thompson, and every conversation just reassured me more and more that we made the right choice. My family and I had a lot of the big pieces planned, but Natasha stepped in and brought everything to life in a way that exceeded every expectation we had.

She gave us access to Aisle Planner, which made organizing everything—from guest lists to decor to budgeting—feel so much more manageable. Natasha and I were constantly texting back and forth and she truly helped give me such amazing decor ideas, especially using Something Borrowed Blooms, which ended up working out perfectly! She reached out to all of our vendors and our venue coordinator months in advance, making sure every detail was handled. She even flew in from out of town for our walkthrough, which meant so much to us and showed how deeply committed she is to her couples.

Our venue was outdoors, and we had generators, which definitely added an extra layer of complexity, but Natasha handled it all flawlessly. Not once did we feel stressed or unsure. She was always one step ahead, making sure everything ran smoothly despite the added challenges.

On our wedding day, she was truly our rock. She handled every little thing behind the scenes, kept everything running smoothly and on time, and made it possible for us to just be present and enjoy one of the most important days of our lives. Anytime something came up, she was already on it before we even had to think about it. She even jumped in to take photos and support wherever needed. She even had one of her team members (her husband) grab some more cases of water for us mid reception! It felt like having someone who genuinely cared about us there, not just a coordinator doing a job.

Her communication, her heart, her attention to detail is unmatched. She brought he amazing team with her, which made managing our 200-person wedding feel effortless.

Natasha, I am so beyond grateful for you. You didn’t just help coordinate our wedding, you made it feel seamless, joyful, and unforgettable. I truly could not have imagined our day without you. Thank you for everything 🤍
