Core Packages

  • Seamless logistic takeover during the final crucial weeks so you can be fully present and enjoy your wedding day.

    Pricing: Starts at $3,500

    Package Inclusions:

    • Partnership Start: Our collaboration begins 6–8 weeks prior to your wedding date.

    • Timeline Mastery: Creation of a hyper-detailed, comprehensive wedding day timeline.

    • Vendor Handoff: Taking over all final communication, confirmation, and distribution of the timeline to all contracted vendors.

    • Rehearsal & Day-Of: Coordination of the ceremony rehearsal (up to 1 hour) and up to 10 hours of lead planner on-site management.

    • Day-Of Team: On your wedding day, you will have two (2) Team Members on-site.

    • Point-of-Contact: Acting as the single, reliable point-of-contact for all vendors and guest inquiries on the wedding day.

    Add-ons:

    • Additional service hours are available at $250/hour

    • Additional support staff are available for $750/person

  • Expert guidance, crucial design development, and vendor team selection for the couple who enjoys planning but needs professional support.

    Package Pricing: Starts at $6,000

    Package Inclusions:

    • Everything in The Zoe Package.

    • Design Concept: Assistance with event design, color palette selection, and creation of a cohesive, personalized aesthetic (e.g., mood boards and styling guidance).

    • Vendor Sourcing: Personalized recommendations and contract review for up to three key vendor categories of your choice.

    • Budget & Logistics: Initial budget establishment, access to our full preferred vendor list, and dedicated monthly check-in meetings.

    • Day-Of Team: On your wedding day, you will have Three (3) Team Members on-site for comprehensive coverage.

  • The all-inclusive, concierge planning experience where we handle every logistical and creative detail from concept to completion.

    Pricing: $12,000 Minimum Fee OR 18% of the Total Wedding Budget, whichever amount is greater.

    Package Inclusions:

    • Everything in The Zoe and The Paloma Packages.

    • Total Budget Management: Comprehensive creation, allocation, and ongoing management of the entire wedding budget.

    • Full Vendor Team: Sourcing, communication, negotiation, and contract management for all necessary vendors.

    • Venue Selection: Full venue scouting, site visits, and final selection assistance.

    • Full Event Design: Detailed concept development, including custom mood boards, floor plans, and styling.

    • Auxiliary Event Planning: Planning and coordination of one additional event (e.g., a Welcome Party or Post-Wedding Brunch).

    • Day-Of Team: On your wedding day, you will have Three (3) Team Members on-site to ensure flawless, seamless execution.

Add-On Services

  • Planning and on-site coordination for your Bridal Shower, Rehearsal Dinner, or Welcome Party (up to 4 hours of on-site coordination per event).

    • Pricing: Starts at $500 per event.

  • Bespoke planning for Bachelor/Bachelorette trips or your Honeymoon, including custom itineraries, booking management, and accommodation sourcing.

    • Pricing: Starts at $750 per trip.

Creative Services

  • Custom-designed stationery that perfectly translates your unique wedding vision into a tangible piece of art.

    Pricing: Starts at $1,200 plus the cost of printing and production. (Save 50% on the design fee with the purchase of The Parker or The Paloma package.)

    Service Inclusions:

    • Design Consultation: An in-depth session to define your unique aesthetic, color palettes, and stationery goals.

    • Suite Design: Custom design for all necessary pieces, typically including the Main Invitation, RSVP Card & Envelope, and Details Card.

    • Print Coordination: We manage sourcing and communication with high-quality print houses for specialized techniques like letterpress, engraving, foil stamping, and custom paper selection.

    • Assembly Guidance: Detailed guidance for final assembly and mailing preparation.

  • A beautiful, user-friendly digital hub that serves as the central source of information for your guests.

    Pricing: $750 plus third-party domain and hosting fees.

    Service Inclusions:

    • Full Design & Setup: Creation on a premium platform, customized to match the cohesive aesthetic and color palette of your wedding.

    • Mobile Optimization: Ensuring a seamless, beautiful experience for guests viewing on any device.

    • Key Page Management: Setup and design of essential pages (e.g., Our Story, Schedule, Travel, Registry, FAQs, RSVP integration).

    • Launch Support: Assistance with final content review and launching your site.

  • A refined detail where we source unique, historical, or vintage stamps to elevate your paper suite and make your mailing shine.

    Pricing: $250 plus the final cost of postage.

    Service Inclusions:

    • Custom Sourcing: We hunt down a unique collection of stamps—often vintage or thematic—that perfectly align with your suite design and color story.

    • Postage Calculation: Calculating the correct weight and postage value for your entire paper suite to ensure successful delivery.

    • Mock-Up & Approval: Providing a digital mock-up of the final stamp arrangement on your envelopes for your approval before purchase.
