Zoe Package

Supportive Planning | Starts at $3,500

Seamless logistical and vendor management takeover during the final weeks of planning so you can be fully present and enjoy your wedding day.

Package Inclusions:

Partnership Start: Our collaboration begins 6–8 weeks prior to your wedding date.

Timeline Mastery: Creation of a hyper-detailed, comprehensive wedding day timeline.

Vendor Handoff: Take over all delivery and confirmation of key materials to all vendors.

Rehearsal & Day-Of: Coordination of the ceremony rehearsal (up to 1 hour) and up to 10 hours of lead planner on-site management.

Day-Of Team: On your wedding day, you will have two (2) Team Members on-site.

Point-of-Contact: Act as the single point-of-contact for all vendors and inquiries on the wedding day.

PALOMA Package

Supportive Planning | Starts at $7,000

Expert guidance, crucial design development, and vendor team selection for the couple who enjoys planning but needs professional support.

Package Inclusions:

Everything in the Zoe Package.

Design Concept: Assistance with event design, color palette selection, and creation of a cohesive, personalized aesthetic (e.g., mood boards and styling guidance).

Vendor Sourcing: Personalized recommendations and contract review for up to three key vendor categories of your choice.

Budget & Logistics: Initial budget establishment, access to our full preferred vendor list, and dedicated monthly check-in meetings.

Day-Of Team: On your wedding day, you will have Three (3) Team Members on-site for comprehensive coverage.

PARKER Package

Full Planning | Starts at $10,000

The all-inclusive, concierge planning experience where we handle every logistical and creative detail from concept to completion.

Package Inclusions:

Everything in the Zoe and Paloma Packages.

Total Budget Management: Comprehensive creation, allocation, and ongoing management of the entire wedding budget.

Full Vendor Team: Sourcing, communication, negotiation, and contract management for all necessary vendors.

Venue Selection: Full venue scouting, site visits, and final selection assistance.

Full Event Design: Detailed concept development, including custom mood boards, floor plans, and styling.

Day-Of Team: On your wedding day, you will have Three (3) Team Members on-site to ensure flawless, seamless execution.

ADDITIONAL STAFF

$750 per additional staff member per event

Many hands make light work. Ask about increasing planning staff at your event for greater guest and vendor support.

ADDITIONAL HOURS

$250 per additional hour of service per event

For when the party goes all night. Our Zoe and Paloma packages include 10 hours of on-site management. For longer events, inquire about extending coverage with our team.
